Refund / Cancellation Policy
Full refunds for the conference are available when written notice is received at executiveemployerconference@littler.com on or before Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Cancellations received April 26-May 7, 2023, will be subject to a 50% penalty. No refunds will be given on or after May 8, 2023.
Hotel & Travel
Attendees will have the opportunity to book hotel reservations during the conference registration process. Please do not book a hotel room directly through the hotel. The special hotel room rate of $299 plus taxes is only available when completing the conference registration form.

Transportation
On Wednesday, May 10, complimentary transportation will take guests from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., departing approximately every half hour. Look for greeters with Littler Mendelson signs in the baggage claim area and they will direct you to the shuttle. If you cannot find the shuttle, call Jenny Moran at 480.226.6881.
On Friday, May 12, complimentary transportation will begin at 10:30 a.m. and run until 2:00 p.m., departing approximately every half hour. Shuttles will depart from the ballroom level next to the Sunset Lawn.
Please note: If you require transportation outside of the above shuttle schedule, you will need to arrange your own transportation. You can take an Uber or taxi. The hotel does not provide airport shuttle service.
