The Executive Employer Conference will qualify for continuing legal education credit in most jurisdictions and could provide up to 7.0 total CLE hours in 60-minute states (inclusive of 1.0 Ethics) and 8.4 total CLE hours in 50-minute states (inclusive of the 1.2 Ethics). Littler certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the state bars governing continuing legal education. Littler Mendelson is an approved provider for CLE credit in CA, GA, IL, NY, NV, PA, TX and WA; all other states will be pending approval.
Littler will apply for CLE credit for eligible sessions on Wednesday, May 12, and Friday, May 14. Littler will not apply for CLE credit for the Global Day sessions on Thursday, May 13.
Sessions eligible for HR credit will be submitted to the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for review. Certificates will be available upon completion of each session attended.
