Refund / Cancellation Policy
Full refunds for the conference are available when written notice is received by our office on or before Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Cancellations received April 12 - April 29, 2018, will be subject to a 50% penalty. No refunds will be given after April 30, 2018.
Spouse / Guest Policy
Spouses and guests are welcome to attend the following group meals and social functions: Wednesday reception and dinner; Thursday breakfast, dinner, and after dinner activities; and Friday breakfast.
Hotel & Travel
Attendees will have the opportunity to book hotel accommodations during the conference registration process. Please do not book a hotel room directly through the hotel. The special conference room rate of $289 is only available when completing the conference registration form.
The conference organizers will make every attempt to reserve rooms for all conference attendees at the main conference hotel. Satellite hotels will be assigned on as needed basis. Your hotel assignment and reservation will be included in your conference confirmation.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is located 22 miles from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort.
On Wednesday, May 2nd we have arranged for transportation to take guests from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort. Shuttle schedule to follow. Look for greeters with Littler Mendelson signs in the baggage claim area and they will direct you to the shuttle. Please note, if you require transportation outside of the above shuttle schedule, you will need to arrange your own transportation. You can take an UberX ($30 fare non-surge pricing) a taxi ($65 fare) or contact the hotel's recommended car service Transtyle Sedan Service at 480.948.6131 to arrange a transfer. The one way charge is approximately $65 for curbside pickup and $90 for meet & greet in baggage claim.
Return transportation will be offered on Friday, May 4th. Shuttle schedule to follow.
The daytime dress attire for the conference is business/smart casual. Meeting rooms can be cool so we encourage you to bring a sweater or light jacket. Suggested attire for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings is resort casual.
